About US

Craterfields Coffee, grown on a single farm next to the twin crater lakes of Katinda and Murambi in Kyambura, Rubirizi District, Western Uganda, offers a unique and immersive taste experience that reflects the volcanic soil, high-altitude terrain, and the dedication of the local women who manage every stage of production.

This coffee embodies the concept of terroir, where the environment and organic farming practices impart unique qualities to each bean, creating a singular sensory profile that speaks to its place of origin.

At Craterfields Coffee, Arabica coffee has been cultivated for decades with a commitment to quality and tradition. The women of Kyambura are at the heart of this journey, overseeing everything from soil preparation and planting to meticulous post-harvest handling.

This dedication results in one of the finest specialty coffees, grown sustainably in the shadow of the western Rift Valley and crafted with an intimate understanding of the land.
